Privacy
Private by architecture, not by policy
Talkraft is built so your recordings never leave your device. This page explains exactly how the app handles your data — and how this website holds itself to the same standard.
How the Talkraft app handles your data
-
Everything happens on-device
Talkraft transcribes audio and generates summaries, action items, and decisions locally using Apple’s on-device frameworks. No recording or transcript is sent to a server for processing.
-
There is no Talkraft server
The developer operates no backend that can see your recordings. Private sync between your own devices happens through your personal iCloud account, and audio never auto-syncs — it is opt-in per recording.
-
Your content is never logged
Transcript text and AI output are never logged anywhere. Purchases are handled directly by Apple via StoreKit 2, so no third-party payment SDK sees your data.
-
Ready for regulated environments
Because no cloud AI is involved, Talkraft suits enterprise and regulated settings where sending data to cloud AI services is prohibited.
How this website handles your data
-
No cookies, no banner
This site sets no cookies and uses no consent-requiring tracking, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
-
Cookieless, aggregate analytics only
We use privacy-preserving, cookieless web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that records only aggregate traffic — no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no personal data.
-
No third-party phone-home scripts
There are no ad pixels, session recorders, or chat widgets. The site is static and works without any third-party scripts loading.
Privacy questions
Is anything I record uploaded?
No. Audio and transcripts stay on your device. iCloud sync is opt-in per recording and goes only to your own iCloud account, never to a Talkraft server.
Does this website track me?
No. The site uses only cookieless, aggregate analytics, sets no cookies, and shows no consent banner because there is no consent-requiring tracking.
